How to Request Jasper County Birth Certificates
You can go to the Jasper County Clerk in person at 121 N Austin Street, Room 103. That is the fastest way to get a certified copy. Bring your ID, fill out the request at the counter, and pay. Staff will look up the record and print your copy.
Mail requests work too. Fill out the application and have your signature notarized. Include a photocopy of your driver's license or other valid ID. For births in other Texas counties, the Jasper County Clerk can pull abstract certificates through the state remote system going back to 1926.
